#Residence in the European Union by real estate investment inHungary

The program provides our clients with the possibility of obtainingresidency in Hungary, a member state of the European Schengen countries, for aperiod of five years, renewable, as well as the right to apply for permanentresidency after five years of residency, as well as the possibility of applyingfor Hungarian citizenship after the expiration of eight years, or thepossibility of transferring residency The permanent residence of any otherEuropean Union country and obtaining its citizenship by investing in the realestate field in Hungary for a period of no less than 5 years.

The minimum investment required is 45 million HUF (EUR 135.000).

Clients do not need to reside in Hungary for a legally requiredminimum period of time or pay business taxes for five years of their stay asinvestors.

Family members (wife and children under the age of 81 and adultfamily members up to the age of 72 can be added for an additional fee).

 

Note: The Hungarian residency program isthe only option currently available and does not require any proof of income orproperty.

#Procedures:

1.    Abank balance certificate must be presented proving the existence of the amountrequired to purchase the property in addition to covering the cost of livingfor family members, which is set at 51,000 euros for each family member.

2.    (BankCertificate can be accepted in any currency in English or be translated intoEnglish).

3.    Acopy of the passport of the applicant and family members.

4.    Completeand sign the application form.

5.    Receiptof the contract by mail or electronically.

6.    Signingthe contract with the authorized agent to be submitted to the government.

7.    Transferthe authorized agent's fees (by bank transfer) to the agent's bank account inthe United Arab Emirates or in Hungary.


Note: The option to transfer to the UAE is not accepted from Iran,Syria, Libya, and Iraq.

 

#Submit thefollowing additional documents

1.    Biographyof the client and family members (forms will be provided).

2.    Completethe data document for the customer and family members (it will be sent to thecustomer).

3.    Inthe event that the client is not in his country of origin, he must submit acopy of a valid residence permit.

4.    Inthe event that the customer does not present a bank balance certificate within 03days after signing the contract, a new bank certificate must be issued.

5.    Acriminal record certificate issued by the local police authorities.

6.    Marriagecontract.

7.    Birthcertificates for minor children.

8.    Theprogram application and original documents will be sent to the client within 5to 8 days and the client will be notified of the date of his appointment at theHungarian Embassy.
